REFUND POLICY
Returns are accepted within 15 days of the delivery date. We offer refunds for the order amount excluding shipping costs. Merchandise must be in the original condition, unopened with all labels and packaging included, in its original sealed packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@divineperfums.com with you order details. You will receive a response with instructions on how to complete your return within 48 hours. You will receive an email from info@divineperfums.com confirming that your statement has been received and the refund is being processed.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item(s) arrive at our store and are inspected. Refunds will be issued for items returned in perfect condition. If your statement does not meet the conditions indicated, the return package will be sent to you.
